Attorney Alex Rozman

Licensed as an attorney in New York and Illinois, Mr. Rozman has previously been appointed to serve as a Guardian ad Litem and arbitrator.  He has served as an advisor to the boards of directors of Fortune 100 financial services institutions, as General Counsel for a Chicago & New York City Broker-Dealer and as a Director of Regulatory Advisory Services for Navigant Consulting on Wall Street."

Ksenia Rudyuk, Partner, is an immigration and family law practitioner fluent in Russian. She has been aggressively representing clients in Chicago federal court and New York state court throughout her legal career. A frequent speaker and author on immigration topics, Ms. Rudyuk is an appointed member of the Leading Attorney Network and is recognized as a leader in the legal community. She has been recognized for her activism and volunteer efforts on behalf of the Eastern European community to promote civil liberties and individual human rights. Ms. Rudyuk received her LLM from Hofstra School of Law.

Lance R. Minor, of counsel, is a lawyer with over twelve years of experience representing clients in both personal and business matters in the federal and state courts located in the Chicago area.

Mr. Minor's practice primarily consists of sophisticated civil lawsuits. He has significant experience in complex commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of confidentiality and competition covenants, patent and trade dress infringement, claims under the Lanham Act, intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of employment contracts, insurance coverage, commercial real estate mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, claims under ERISA by participants, plans and fiduciaries, will contests and trust construction actions, evictions, shareholder and partner disputes. He has appeal, trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts.

Mr. Minor also represents small business persons in diverse business law matters, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, business succession plans, risk management, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchase and sales of businesses, business formation and estate planning.

Benjamin W. Wong, focuses his practice on estate and business planning, real estate and estate and trust administration. Benjamin formerly worked at Deloitte and Touche, a major accounting and tax firm, and Horwood, Marcus & Berk, a mid-size downtown Chicago law firm, and at Rozman & Wong, LLC, before starting Benjamin W. Wong & Associates, Ltd. Benjamin received both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ben is a frequent lecturer in the areas of business, estate planning, and real estate.

Matthew Stone has represented clients in small business litigation, family law, estate planning, and employment matters. Mr. Stone frequents the Daley Center in downtown Chicago tenaciously representing his clients. He began as an attorney focusing on small business in the Detroit area, before expanding his practice in Illinois. He regularly gives lectures to explain the legal requirements of small business start-ups to prospective entrepreneurs. His hobbies include spending time with his family, collecting vinyl records, snowboarding, fantasy football, and perfecting his barbecue techniques.
